The only place to go 12/4/2007

As far as I'm concerned, Old Town Music is the only place to go when you are looking for sheet music. They have the best selection of tuba and trombone sheet music around. Totally worth be packed in on the 210 for hours. more

Great Place 4/20/2006

This store is conveniently located right on Colorado in Old Town (as the name would suggest...) and is a great place to pop in and browse around in, even if you're not a musician.\r \r They have a wide array of instruments available and a tremendous amount of sheet music-- even stuff that's typically hard to run acorss is here and available.\r \r The workers all really know their stuff so you can be sure you'll have great assistance in making your purchase decisions! more

Great as a music store, but not a real school. Recommended for music, but real schools do not sell/lease instruments for profit. Pros: music selection, parking Cons: lease instrument, lacks professionalism more

Looking for hard-to-find Sheet Music? 2/23/2005

I've only been here once, but it seems to be a great place when searching for hard to find sheet music. They carry musical instruments as well - seem to have everything. I'll keep them in mind next time I'm in the market for something musical and/or rare. more

GREAT old time shop! 8/16/2002

OTM is a really amazing shop that has just about everything you'd ever need. Wonderful people own this shop. My kids take lessons here (Suzuki violin) and they have been so accomodating it really makes you feel like your one of the family. They have a great violin rental program that you should ask about (not sure if this is limited to Suzuki players???). Can't say enough about this shop and it's proprietor. BTW: Parkings easy if you that you use the public lot right behind the shop. You get 90 minutes free (but check on this to be sure) so the location is also great. Right in the heart of Old Town Pas! Pros: family atmosphere, helpful, knowledgeable more

Music in the basement 5/20/2002

The name nothwithstanding, this small but well-stocked downstairs music store seems out of place in Old Town's stretch of brand-name retail. Shelf after shelf of sheet music and books, cases of instruments, and, of course, a rotating display of harmonicas. For the inspired amateur and the aspiring professional alike. more
