it seems that from excellet service you had at your former location it became an average service at this new location. is becuase too many customers, but no too much time?

My 1st experience with Dr. Zavala and his staff was perfect from beginning to end. I will now be utilizing his services for as long as my family lives in Round Rock. I would recommend his practice to anyone. more

Looking anxiously to following through with a dentist that I had to put my fears and trust in to take care of my dental needs was very difficult for me from past experiences, but now that I have been been getting treatment from your business I feel extremely confident that it was a great choice...I can't say enough about your professional organizational skills and your caring and sensitive treatment that comes through to all who enter your office....You have helped to restore my faith in dentist. more

Very professional and caring staff. Dr. Zavala is wonderful and works so well with everyone. I hate the dentist but, I would happily go see Dr. Zavala and Chris any day! They are correcting years of neglect and I could not be happier with them and the results. Thank you to everyone for treating me and my family so well. more

New Patient Cleaning 5/28/2009

I thought everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It was the first time in a long time I had been to a new dental office. Since I have been a patient for 7 yrs at my previous dentist. Dr. Zavala and Staff, Oh my goodness. How do I begin to describe the angels you all are to me? All I can say is, my family feels indebted to you all for enabling their loved one to stay in our world a little longer. It would have been so easy with the unbearable pain I was in to just call it quits. The compassion and kindness that you and your staff showed me was remarkable! You allowed me to keep my dignity even as toothless as I am. You have restored my faith in dentists, and I am now extremely interested in dentures if you are willing to see me!
