Old Orhard appt is not good place to live or rent.Price is way to expensive for the service.Air conditioning system is not working until midle or end of June every year,Laundry facility is not good there is mold and most of the time is broken;there is not Tornado shelter because baisment is filled with wather when is rain outside;managment is not helpfull at all. I do not recomend the place to anyone. more
