Old Navy Outlet

This is not your regular Old Navy store, it's an outlet. I usually run to outlet stores for their great deals...but this store is run down and usually very messy. You can find some drastic markdowns on Old Navy's great clothes though, which is why I gave this store a "good" review. more

Living five blocks away from the Old Navy Outlet makes it an easy and convenient place to frequent, and as such, I often do. Sometimes I walk away with some great new clothes, and other times I just walk away with a huge headache due to the horribly managed staff. That’s not to say I would give the Old Navy Outlet a bad review…it is what it is. You can find some great deals that make it all worth it but you need to know what you’re dealing with. Time and time again I’m faced with horrible customer service and excessively long wait times in the checkout line. All too often I find myself wondering why a worker standing 3 feet away doing nothing couldn't step in and start ringing people up. It's been maddening at times! Yet the deals make it hard to resist. If you haven’t gone there before, I recommend stopping by to see what it’s all about, but come equipped with patience. Chances are your low-priced finds will cancel out your frustration when all is said and done. more

We go to the Old Navy Outlet for clothes for the whole family. Last year we got our son a whole summer wardrobe for something like $5 each piec. I buy pants there because I hate paying full price for jeans. I like this store because they're inexpensive, and I can get more for my money. Some of the stuff is specifically made for the outlet, but some is irregular. Most of the time you can't tell though. The store is usually pretty messy from crazy women searching for something in the right color and size, but the men's department is usually pretty neat. The staff is nice, and if you ask them for something, they're happy to help. more
