I dropped my van off because the a/c would not blow cold, and that i had filled it myself and that it would run cool for a few weeks. Michael said it would run about 40-$75 for freon and dye. They called me 2hrs layer and the lady told me the blower was not working and they would need pull it out, o told them that the blower has always worked and that the knob was broken and that u could pull it off and turn it with wirepliers. She told me he has been working on it for 2hrs and that is was going to cost me 2 hrs of labor for him trying to find out why the blower didnt work. What a ripoff. Now she says it will cost 130$ to charge it with freon because it is empty. I shouldnt have to pay for a mechanics imcomptance, she also told me they still wanted to pullout the blower because it sounded loud, told them to leave blower alone and just figure out why it want blow cold air, this will be the last time i take my vehicle there.
