I boarded my dogs here over the holidays. When I dropped them off, one of my dogs had a small cut on her tail. I requested that the staff keep it bandaged and to keep an eye on it to make sure that the wound didn't get worse. I also called to check in during the week. Needless to say, my dog came home a bloody mess. The staff neglected my request and admitted that the wound wasn't monitored. The situation resulted in my dog having her tail amputated. When I spoke with the veterinarian-owner of the practice, I was offered a full refund on the boarding costs. While I appreciate the compensation, there's no excuse for the neglect that was shown.
