Old Colonial Mortgage helped me out big time. The crew was tremendous and helped me greatly with the circumstances of my situation. It was a long process but they guided me in the way I wanted to. If rating my total experience was just based on working with Old Colonial Mortgage, they'd get all 5's! However, my total experience included dealing with the bank, and that part was ungodly. The bank kept requesting more and more information and repeatedly stopped my closing dates. That has nothing to do with Old Colonial, but it needs to be included in my total experience. The people at Old Colonial Mortgage were all very, very, very nice and extremely helpful to work with. I worked with two great people, who were both very patient and informative. They did everything they could to help me with throughout the process. Even after it was all done, I had a few questions so I called them for answers. They took time to explain things to me and they didn't have to. I will definitely use them again, and I have recommended my daughter to go there when she's ready to buy a house. more

In today's market there are many extenuating factors, most of which are difficult or at the very least, time consuming to navigate. Old Colonial truly went the extra mile in my case. The road to closing my deal had many pitfalls, no less than 5, and none easy to hurdle. These "issues" we're embraced by my broker Justin as a personal challenge, who systematically executed the required fixes, as well as the necessitated contingency plans, to finally get to closure. My deal would not have closed elsewhere!!! A Hats off to Old Colonial for its hard work and above all it delivered !!! more
