we have always loved going here, they have awesome bbq. i am craving some of the mouth watering cornbread now!!! also have a great selection of wines and margaritas.. YUM more

Bring your appetite...because portions are huge! And it's so good, you're not going to want any to go to waste.\r \r I've tried nearly everything they offer, and I've yet to be disappointed. The brisket and pulled pork are amazing. The chicken is has a delicious smoky flavor- you can tell they've been cooking all day. The ribs are HUGE and to die for. They offer an assortment of delicious dipping sauces, sides, and a full drink menu to go with your BBQ, as well.\r \r If you have a group of 4-6, try ordering one of their family style platters. You get at least 5 different types of meat, a potato and cornbread for each person, plus your choice of 4 different sides. This way, you get a taste of all they have to offer. more

Great Place for Ribs and Chicken! 4/11/2008

Wow! IMO, the BEST ribs around...and the fried chicken is awesome! We have gone to other local rib places and they cannot compare to the food here. Everything is really good...the cocktails, appetizers, sandwiches and desserts = A+! more

  • What is Barbeque anyway?


    Well, it's traditional and American and of course, very regional. We take our barbeque seriously, and grill masters, pit masters, and chefs zealously guard their secrets. Successful barbeque incorporates sauces, spices, equipment, and of course, "secret ingredients." At BBQ, we give you a choice of products, sauces, and regional tastes.


    Rotisserie: Specially designed ovens use high heat from an indirect heat source. Our unique skewers actually heat from outside-in and inside-out. Flavor in rotisserie BBQ is produced by the combination of heat and natural basting during the cooking process.


    Pit Smoked: Slow, slow, slow using hardwoods such as Hickory or Apple (we use both), but any hardwood will do. Cooking times are up to 14 hours. Liberal use of dry rubs, mops, and bastes enhances flavor and texture.


    Grilled: The use of direct heat to cook or finish, grilling is often accompanied by basting or slathering. Pit masters from around the country finish products very differently. We have our own techniques too.
