I've been going to the Ol' Mex off and on for years. It's a sports bar with Mexican food and about 75 televisions. I will say that the service is consistently horrible: 19-year-old girls who couldn't care less about you, with ZERO personality, not very welcoming. To give you an idea of the food quality, keep in mind that the only hot sauce in the restaurant is Tabasco, which may be good for Minnesotans, but it's not even made in Mexico, it's not hot, and it tastes terrible. Everything else comes from a can, smothered in cheese and sour cream. Even the chips and salsa are below average. They do have a free happy hour buffet from 4-7.
Pros: for sports lovers, smoking bar, patio
Cons: terrible service, bland food, no hot sauce
