I came across OKX logistics after ordering a television from Walmart. I was informed that Seko Worldwide was handling my shipment but instead I found that OKX logistics would be handling the local delivery of the item. I called OKX logistics to setup a delivery appointment and was met with some of the most disrespectful and contemptuous service anyone could receive.
The owner informed me that they wouldn't be able to deliver by the assured delivery date and that ""Seko Worldwide put this in our laps like they always do"". At first I thought I was talking to an employee but later found that this was the actual owner. After trying to find out from the irascible owner what time my delivery would arrive I was told ""it will be there when it gets there"".
OKX Logisitcs are now the proud new owners of a 55"" television, as I will not accept delivery and have already processed the refund for the item. I would rather pay more elsewhere than deal with them.
I can only surmise that OKX logistics under bids local competition by offering the lowest possible denominator in customer service and solutions, this is the ONLY explanation for them remaining in business for 10 years. Even their website is a sign of this inability to follow through with a project as it's still under development and marked as ""coming soon"" after 10 years.
I highly suggest to look elsewhere for a logistics company, or if you are already in business with them to leave soon with your reputation intact.
