Discount Directionals were just very helpful in providing all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. They were eager to find solutions that worked for me and helped me figure out how exactly I needed the barricade covers to be designed. more

Felt left in the dark. 10/5/2012

I ordered a gate from Discount Directionals. They left me in the dark quite a bit. I didn't feel like I was well informed with what was going on with my order. Their website wasn't working correctly at the time. RESPONSE FROM Discount Directionals: We did have an issue with this customers online order. It was a last minute order which required overnight delivery. We were able to accomodate the order and the customer received the product(s) on-time. more

It's the first time I've ordered with Discount Directionals. They're very good about communication and are very flexible in payment types. We did have an issue with our order in terms of them shipping us something we didn't request. I called Justin and he is sending me the correct item with a return slip for the things we didn't need. Overall, he took care of that issue nicely. We've been using Discount Directionals for a month now. more

Their salespeople are confident and reassuring, and I've based my review on that. After that, our product arrived and it came as described. However, I won't know the true value of the product until further down the line, based on how they hold up. more

I had a really positive experience with Discount Directionals. I called Justin, and he was very responsive. He got back to me in a very timely manner. I really appreciated how quickly he replied with quotes because we are a service company, and when we need things, we need them right away. I liked how his emails had a great sense of urgency behind them. I was very satisfied with the product, I only wish that it would have arrived faster, but Justin did everything he could in order to ensure I was happy. I would definitely use him again. more

Outstanding Service and Product 11/8/2011

I would like to say what a great pleasure it was working with Justin at Discount Directionals. From the very start he always remained professional and confident. He definitely delivered on his promise to come through on a great delivery of the product. We ordered over 1800 barricades, so this is a tough order. But, it was a very smooth process and I could not be happier. I am looking forward to doing future business with this company for years to come. more
