Ojai Business Ctr

Ojai Business Center lost a package delivered to us. The owner refused to do anything about it, although after our package was lost they decided to lock the door to the package room. Huh! \r We checked the Post Office, who had the tracking record. The clerk at the post office said that all their calls about lost mail come from people who use Ojai Business Center. The owner hung up on me when I tried to get him to take responsibility for the lost package.\r Seriously - don't go there. more

Don't know what store that last reviewer was talking about...Or maybe it was a long time ago they went in there (under another owner possibly?) but I have only had very positive experiences there. EVERY time I go in there to make copies, fax, scan or send packages, the employees are always on top of it and do a great job. If I leave a job with them, they always call me BEFORE I'm even expecting it. In other words, they exceed my expectations. Ojai Business Center is the polar opposite from a KINKOS where you encounter rude people and bad service. It's funny because a friend of mine was visiting from LA and he had to make copies of a scripts (that were literally 1/4 of the price KINKOS had quoted him) and he said, ""I'm in love with the Ojai Business Center"". They had his scripts copied in 20 minutes and couldn't have been nicer. Pros: Great service on all levels! more

Countless envelops contains mortgage and CC payments, and Giftcards were ripped open and found in the trash. The owner is rude and creepy. Save yourself the trouble. Don't go there out of convenience. They need to be shut down. Cons: THIEFS more
