Wow. I can't believe the bad reviews on here. I've been going here since they opened, and have NEVER had a problem. My family has three cars. ALL of them are taken here. I even yelled at my daughter when she accidentally took her car to jiffy lube. The owner is here all the time. The manager ""Joel"" has been there forever. Oil change usually takes about 8 or 9 minutes. You can't take it anywhere else and get it done as fast. I also had an issue with my check engine light coming on. I took it to Oil Zone and they fixed it right up. There was a small vaccuum leak in the engine, and they only charged me for the diagnosis. They fixed it for free. Had a problem with the AC in my van leaking. . .yeah, they found that too, replaced the bad part, and charged it back up. Car is super cold now. Also, looks like they re-did the car wash. Works much better than before. They even lowered the price. I haven't had to take my car anywhere else. I've gone to the dealership twice, and both of those times were for re-calls. Seriously. Take your car here. Skip the dealership, drive PAST jiffy lube, and come support this small locally owned and operated business. Make sure to read the comments on other reviews below. I have heard of great service from this business. They never try to up sell me on unneeded service. This facility is clean and friendly. The manager Joel has been there for 5+ years.. you never see that at other businesses. Oil Zone went through a protracted 7 year court battle with autozone and won. Unfortunately no monies were given back to them. You have to look up to more

I have been going here for over a year now and they have always been great! I even tried to see if they would tell me I needed additional service, knowing full well that I didnt, and they didnt lie to me saying I needed more done than needed. I would definately recommend to anyone looking for great service, honest people and low prices! Pros: Very fast, low prices, honest people Cons: none that I can see more

This place rcomended new air filter on my daughter's car, left a hose disconected which caused check engine light to come on. We incurred a$46 fee from dealership to put her car on computer check . Manager offers no apology no call back noeffort toward compensation or customer satisfaction more
