It should not matter what a client's family members do when it does not directly interfer with the company and the client and his/her personal needs. If a family member of a client is involved with an employee of the company it should not be any of the company's business as long as it doesn't jeopardize the care of the client. Also, the company should not be allowed to tell you who is allowed in your home on their time off. This is just stepping over the boundaries as far as I am concerned.
Pros: they care about the client
Cons: they are too busy concerning themselves with matters that are none of their business
