Adorable clothes and shoes!

I saw Eerie's review, and then took a moment and clicked onto the ""people"" writing here so often and with so many stars, copying and pasting reviews posted on the same days from...

I had a wonderful experience 5/20/2011

I had a wonderful experience at Oh Baby! I found the sales associated to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me to find a great gift in my price range and wrapped it up very cute for me! I would suggest this store for anyone needing a baby gift or just some cute clothing for their own children! more

Oh Baby! is one of a kind. 5/12/2011

Oh Baby! is one of a kind. The store is beautiful, the displays are fantastic and the clothing is so unique. The staff is so inviting and helpful everytime you go in. They have the top trends for each season, keeping the kids looking great. There bedding and design center is amazing with so many selections to choose from. Definately a must go to store!! Love it! more

treated like a criminal by the staff 3/11/2011

went in here with my 18 month old son and was treated by the staff like a criminal, had 2 young ladies right next to us the whole time while we shopped watching EVERYTHING yet not giving any helpful service, just totally frosty, aloof, and obviously bothered that we were there, upsetting the balance of their marked-up universe. Maybe they just don't like dads. Whatever, will never set foot in here again. more

Horrible customer service 9/13/2010

So they have tons of cute stuff at this store. It's ridiculously expensive, but occasionally it's worth it for a special event. I purchased a beautiful lacy top there which has a matching bottom. They didn't have the size I needed in the bottoms. I asked them to call the company to see if we could get the bottoms delivered to the store. Any special order- you have to purchase. Even if it doesn't end up working, you are stuck with it. Secondly, they have now not gotten back to me in over a week. Each time I call, the line goes directly to voice mail. And they still aren't calling me back. \r \r I guess they don't really need my business... I will be avoiding this store from now on. It's not worth it. more

Fabulous Baby Store at the Galleria!! 8/20/2010

Oh my goodness I love this store! My husband and I just gave birth to our third child...a little girl! After two boys, we are thrilled!\r \r We were lucky enough to be able to purchase everything for our nursery at Oh Baby from the furniture to the bedding...even the take home from the hospital outfit. \r \r Besides being thrilled with the product, we are thrilled with the girls who helped us. I love Oh Baby and my darling nursery because I got to help design it. Kaitlyn loves her crib and her soft sheets. \r \r Just thought I'd write a review to share how happy I am. Go to OB, you will nto be disappointed!!! more

HORRIBLE! 8/12/2010

If zero stars were an option, that's what I would give as a rating. I purchased everything for my nursery at Oh Baby and spent a total of $5,000. I bought three pieces of furniture and they charged me $200 PER PEICE (that's $600 total for shipping charges). I was sick about spending so much money, but I really did love the items I picked out. A few weeks later, I received a call from the store telling them my furniture was at the warehouse and I could call to arrange delivery. When I called them back, they told me that the $600 only covered delivery to their WAREHOUSE, not to my home. To get the item to my home, it would be another $150. $750 of delivery charges for $2500 worth of furniture. I called several times explaining that I wanted some sort of accomodation for the shipping charges so they would get sent to my home at no additional cost. She refused and now I will never shop at that store again. A woman business owner who will forgo future sales for a measly $150 is not a business owner I want to support. Go to Pottery Barn kids instead....you'll spend half the money and get much better service. more

Special gifts for special babies 6/29/2010

I was at the Oh Baby store this weekend and told one of the sales associates that I always come there when I want to get something special and to be treated special. They have such beautiful clothes and the store layout is amazingly cute. The recipients of the gifts I buy here also know they are special. I love this store and \r the whole experience of shopping there and feeling like I have found the perfect outfit/gift. Pros: Beautifully merchandised-Easy to coordinate outfits Cons: Hard to decide so many cute choices more

Just found the perfect children's boutique in MN! 6/18/2010

Oh Baby! in the Galleria, Edina is the perfect children's boutique. After having 2 children of my own and always searching for trendy, couture clothing for infants and toddlers...this store has it all! We found the most adorable dresses for my daughter to wear this summer and we found this line of golf inspired apparel for boys that is exceptional! Oh Baby! has their own brand of infant clothing as well and I picked up a sweet 2-pc set with a matching hat for under $100 for an adorable baby shower gift. This is now our favorite store and we cannot wait to go back!\r \r Pros: Great selection of clothing/accessories and helpful staff! more

Way underrated 6/8/2010

I don't know why this store has gotten a bunch of bad reviews. I personally love it. It is definitely one of the more creative stores at the Galleria. They seem to put a lot of effort into presentation and quality, while I feel like some of the other Galleria stores rely on brand names in order to mark up prices and lack in presentation/quality. I definitely feel like I'm back in LA where there are always new, chic shops that have to compete with big names. I just bought a baby shower gift at Oh Baby and it was perfect. I'll definitely be back. Pros: Happy Staff, Cute Clothes, Just a fun store to be in Cons: - more

Most amazing children's clothing in the world! 4/16/2010

Sometimes I go in just because it makes me happy. All of the gorgeus clothing, the fabulous displays, the handmade detail, those cute little shoes...love love love. \r I was on a mission to buy something for my Godson, now 4, couldn't decide between the little golf group with the skull and cross golf club derby hat, shorts and the softest bamboo mod golf shirt and sweater or the brightly colored hoodie and surfer shorts from Eyespy. So I got them both along with sandals, sunglassses and a few Elmo books. He loves Elmo. I got him the handmade shirt here for Christmas and I had to buy another because my sister couldn't get it off of him to wash it. They grow up so fast. \r I love to get everything here. \r I wish they had that grey linen dress and those silver sandals in my size:) Pros: Gorgeous store, cute and friendly staff, great accessories Cons: Wish they made clothing for me:) more

worst baby store 4/9/2010

I went into Oh Baby! for a newborn baby gift for my cousin. Everything in this store is very overpriced. The sales girls were sweet and helpful, but that is the only nice thing I can say. Save your money!!! Pros: Beautiful Store and great service more

Love Oh Baby! 4/5/2010

I adore Oh Baby! It is always my go-to baby store. I love the staff there, they are so sweet and always know exactly what I want, even if I don't!\r \r I especially love the little outfits the owner makes. Every single one of the babies in my life has worn one at some point. \r \r If you haven't visited OB (especially the new Galleria store), you are missing out on an amazing baby store. Nothing compares. \r \r Pros: Sweetest staff, cutest clothes, local genius more

nice store but check out other boutiques 7/22/2009

Oh Baby's new location is a great improvement over their old, crowded space. That said, their prices haven't improved. While I appreciate different, unique and well made clothes as much as the next guy, there are other local boutiques that sell different, uniqe and well made clothes in a more realistic price point. Oh, and some of these other places offer fantastic service and beautiful gift wrap to boot. My current fav is Edelweiss Baby in Maple Grove. Well worth the trip!! Pros: beautiful new location Cons: price more

what a helpful store 4/28/2009

As a single father looking for clothing for my daughter, I was uncertain of what to purchase; quality and style. I found the manager (Ann) very helpful and understanding of my needs. She made my shopping a wonderful experience with her expertise. Pros: unique selection, service Cons: None! more

Cutest baby store in the Twin Cities! 4/11/2009

I have always had wonderful experiences at this beautiful boutique (love the new spot)! Staff is helpful and knows product well. I've never received so many compliments on my son's clothing and feel that the uniqueness of the product is well worth the money. HIGHLY recommend this store! Pros: Design service, extremely unique items Cons: None! more

Shoppers CAUTION!! 3/22/2009

The new store is absolutely adorable! The owner put her heart into it and it shows w/ detail you'll not find anywhere. I'm a lover of boutique shopping for my children. I enjoy unique accessories and clothing but i have to warn you. BEWARE!! BELIEVE the previous posters on this store!! I will never shop here again. Sales staff is condescending & rude. Manager herself is the worst i've seen in this industry. She lacks ablilty to problem solve, make ""right"" a problematic situation and is downright combative.\r So incredibly not worth the $$ or the stress when there are plenty of online stores selling the same products and many other well served boutiques in the city w/ the same offerings. Take your $$ elsewhere ladies!!\r Good Luck in this economy, Oh BAby! Pros: cute selection, unique finds, owner is a great designer Cons: incompetetent staff absolute worst service more

Charming store with beautiful handmade items 1/15/2009

I went to this boutique this weekend and found some adorable, well-made items for my newborn. Although some of the clothes and accessories are slightly expensive, I don't mind paying more for well constructed, hand-made items. This is a fantastic store! more

Worst Baby Store in the Cities 12/9/2008

Over priced clothing you can get just about anywhere else. Although cute and nicely decorated, the store is rife with staff that doesn't know what's up. When asked about a return, the store owner was rude and aloof. How do these people stay in business? Spend your money elsewhere. Very dissatisfied. Oh Baby is a OH NO. Pros: Parking Cons: Price, selection, staff more

Nice place to shop for baby. 8/3/2008

The ladies that work/own the Oh Baby in Edina are nice, they work hard and deserve credit.. It takes alot to put together all the things that they have on their shelves.. Thx. Pros: Custom, great finds, quality more

WORST baby store in the Twin Cities 7/25/2008

I went into the store looking for quality baby clothing to give as a gift. I enter into this small store and get flocked to by two sales clerks. The first clerk had a rude attitude and the second clerk wouldn't leave my side. I tried to lose the 2nd clerk by walking around this store (that is smaller than my bathroom) but she keep just standing right next to my shoulder. The she showed me a cute little outfit and told me this hat came with the outfit and wouldn't leave me alone. So in order to get out of there I bought an outfit. As I was checking out I was interrupted by the fact that a lady from a previous transaction need more change because the shop clerk short changed her. Then when I was checking out nobody told me that all sales were final. And that fact wasn't printed anywhere. I get home and look at the baby outfit again and realize that I never received a hat. I then see on my receipt that all sales are final. Then I try to call and explain that I never got a hat with my outfit and the sales clerk, tells me that hats are separate. I tell her that had I known that, I wouldn't have bought the outfit. I tell her that I would like to return it. They stick with the company policy and offer to sell me a hat for 20$. I think this place is a rip off and the staff is poorly trained, ie. doesn't know what comes with their products and can't even make correct change. I would NEVER go back or recommend that anyone I know goes there. more
