Ogden Flooring Center is wonderful. They're just very good, caring human beings and they do quality work. They seem to have a great deal of integrity. They clearly take pride in what they do. We had special extenuating circumstances. We had to put in a very natural floor because my granddaughter was diagnosed with leukemia. We needed a nontoxic flooring and to pay attention to all of the materials being used. They found a beautiful, wonderful cork material with a natural grain that they installed as a floating floor. I would recommend the young man who put it in to anybody. The installers had to take special care when they came into the environment, washing their hands and everything. It was a very sensitive situation. They were extremely thoughtful and caring. They did a very proficient job in a timely fashion. I really appreciated their professionalism, but also their heart. Professionals don't often care in my opinion. They cared about this little girl and about our family. I was very grateful for them. I told one of the owners, Stewart, that I was absolutely more than happy to recommend them. They made sure it was a price we could afford, did quality work, and really invested the time. They were kind and patient. more

Ogden Flooring Center helped me out in selecting the flooring that was best for my home. They did the measurements and made sure that the product would fit with the flooring I had and that everything was going to be what I was looking for. They also worked with me with pricing. If I found other prices, they would match and even did better so I can't complain about anything. They went over and beyond the three other places I worked with. more

We had a very challenging and difficult situation for Ogden Flooring Center to work with, but they met every challenge beautifully. We had floors leveled with concrete. Nothing went the way it was supposed to. The project went on for months because of all of the issues, but they completely worked with us. There was no problem they couldn't find a solution to. We also wanted everything to our exact specifications within a budget. We wanted certain lengths and widths for our floor installation. We wanted a certain type of wood and color. There was nothing they didn't try to do to make sure we were totally satisfied and to make sure we stayed within budget. The floor installer was a truly amazing artist. They also provided us with the materials for our tile and counter tops. They did a wonderful job on that, too. Working with Ogden was almost like working with family. They're extremely involved with their customers' needs. They're wonderful to work with and do a great job at holding your hand all the way through. The result of their hard work was the most gorgeous floor I or anyone else has ever seen. I just want to thank them for all of their efforts. We went to Ogden Flooring Center when we needed hardwood and carpeting for two rooms in our home. We went to their showroom and spoke with Aaron and Stu. They were so helpful and easy to get in touch with throughout the whole project. They listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. They made the decision process very easy. Once we decided on which flooring to go with, the ordering everything went nicely and smoothly. They were flexible with us and offered a great turnaround time. The installation was a fantastic experience in itself. They were on time and worked efficiently. The carpeting in the one room took about two hours. The hardwood in the living room ended up taking longer than anticipated because they had to customize a piece so that it would fit around the molding. They also had to grind down the concrete slab to make it level for the hardwood floors, so they came back to do finishing touches the next day. For the amount of work they had to do, they did a speedy job. They cleaned up afterwards. Everything looked phenomenal in the end. We couldn't be happier. We have already recommended them to several of our friends who are looking to get flooring done in their homes. We had a damaged hardwood floor torn out and replaced with tile. I thought that Ogden Flooring Center was very helpful when we were planning what we wanted to do. They got us samples and helped us choose everything. They were really quite helpful and friendly. more

Ogden Flooring Center is excellent. I had done some shopping around and they're price was very fair.The carpet is excellent and I'm extremely happy with it. I think I got a great value out of it. I would recommend them without a doubt. The service was very good. John came down and measured. He was great. And the installers went above and beyond the call of duty. They were fantastic, did an excellent job, and did more than they needed to do. They did some work on the rugs on the outside of the door ways. I have a extremely large and hard to move metal door and and by it was a narrow space (6-15 inches long) that I didn't expect them to carpet, but sure enough they carpeted it. I also had some furniture, an office desk, that couldn't be moved, so they carpeted around it. They were very professional, an extremely excellent team. During installation, it was amazing to watch them work. I'm totally satisfied with their service. more

We were shopping for carpet and were comparing prices for half a dozen carpet warehouses and Ogden's was the best price for identical carpet. Only thing we weren't sure about was how the installation would go because we have shutters on two sliding doors and we were afraid that, with the height of the carpet, they would drag. John came out assured us there would be no problem and there wasn't. It turned out great. The installation went smoothly, they were here when they said they said they would be, and they followed up to make sure everything was done right. more

John came out to take all the measurements out of courtesy which was very nice for him to do. He made things easier. They also made themselves available on the weekends when they weren't open and had a lot of options available. Even if I saw something in a different store, he went and found it for me even if they didn't carry it. Everything turned out great. They didn't have the right padding but they fixed it right away. After that, there was no issue at all. They made everything good and got the job done in a good amount of time. more

We purchased hardwood walnut flooring from Ogden Flooring Center. It's a very good product and we're very happy with how it looks. I'm overseas at the moment so I wasn't involved with the in-person purchasing process, but the person who did that for me had no problems. I saw the flooring a few weeks ago and it looks great. Ogden Flooring Center did our family room first and it was a trickier job because it sits about a half inch lower in elevation than the other rooms in the house. However, it came out great. We're really happy with it. They also did the master bedroom and it turned out flawless. The house looks great. We got about three or four different bids and the key was Ogden's follow ups. Stuart was really the only one to really followup and communicate with us to answer any questions and even call back to see if we had any more questions. Ogden Flooring Center did our kitchen, dining room, and bathroom tile floor. So it was most of our lower level. We are extremely happy with the tile and how it came out as well as with all of the customer service we received from help in the showroom to the installers, who did a great job. One thing we appreciated was that they worked around our need to have the refrigerator hooked up. They tiled around it and then moved it to a different spot and tiled the section where it had been. So we were never without a refrigerator. We worked with Stu mainly. My experience is that they were very open to working with us in terms of timing and design. When we were looking at tile layouts and everything they recommended certain things, but didn't push. They gave us very much what we were looking for. more

We just moved into a home. I wanted my wooden floors redone, thinking they would require sanding. Ogden Flooring Center came out and said that the floors were such that sanding wasn't recommended. They basically came in, did some buffing, and touched up where the finish was gone. They also put another coat of polyurethane to strengthen the floors. It was very nice that they were honest about the fact they were actually stressed wood versus regular wood. I was impressed with their honesty and the fact they told me not to do sanding after all. They came out right on time, did the work, and did a very nice job. The owner followed up to see if I was satisfied, which I certainly was and am! I appreciated that they always talked to me to see if things were going okay. more

We have a lot of rental properties and the crew at Ogden come in when somebody moves out to do the carpeting and tiling. We've been working with them for a couple of years and we really like them. We think they do great work, they clean up after themselves which is very important. They know what carpet we need and how to main the quality we demand. They're honest and fair with everything. more

Ogden Flooring Center was very helpful with assisting me in picking they type of carpet I wanted. The people that came and installed the carpet were great. They were very polite. They even vacuumed the carpet after the install was complete. I've had no problems with it. more

They were on time and they got everything done. There was one little issue with part of the floor, so I called and sent a guy the next day to fix it up. Everything has been good ever since. more

We met John, the owner of Ogden Flooring Center, when we went into the store. He was courteous and professional. He didn't push us or force us into a price point. He was very knowledgeable about the installation, unlike some of the other flooring places we had visited. He then came out to give us the estimate. They were efficient and on time. They responded to us right away. I really liked that they did everything electronically because I don't like having paper receipts lying around. They were always very easy to get a hold of if I needed something. In fact, I needed more work done than the initial job. They were very quick about getting more tile and installing it right away. more
