Poor service, High price 7/24/2010

We went there to eat sushi. Waitress had to be reminded to take orders from a sushi chef at the suchi bar. She forgot bring appetizer we ordered so we had to cancel the order. Sushi was high priced with very tiny portion and felt like twice the price of other restaurant. Even taste was not great. We did not feel welcomed by the way we were attended. We will not go back there again. more

Oga's? O get outta here.... Way over-rated. 1/21/2007

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food, except that there wasn't much of it. I'm past that point in my life where I think it's cool to spend a lot of money on tiny, pretty portions. This place will be best enjoyed by people with tiny appetites and a pile of money (as evidenced by the perpetual string of luxury cars in the inconvenient parking lot). I just wonder where people go an hour later when they are suddenly hungry again. Overpriced, sub-servings. more

The quality is excellent, the staff is attentive, and the prices are pretty normal for good Japanese food. I've never had a bad experience here. more

Excellent quality 8/14/2005

Oga's Japanese restaurant is located in a plaza on Route 9 in Natick. At first glance, you may not realize how great this restaurant is. However, the quality here is easily as good as or better than Boston. Make sure that you get here early on the weekends, because it does fill up. Oga's also offers some great deals on lunch specials. more

Great Food and Decor 8/7/2005

I always drove by Oga to work but never stopped in until my cousin informed me that it was a really good place. The place looked really nice. We were seated promptly. The waitstaff was ok. The waiter did not seem well versed with the menu. He was taking an order at another table and had to go back and forth asking his colleagues questions. For an appetizer, we had a mushroom/meat mix.I had an entre where I got a hibachi to grill my food. Overall, the food was good more

wonderful japanese food 8/6/2005

Oga's has great Japanese food, and they serve a great variety of Japanese items such as noodles, miso-cod, sushi, and rice. They have a bargain set lunch menu. Dinner can be somewhat pricey, but the food is definately worth it. It is an award-winning restaurant and the chef has worked in many kitchens with many famous chefs. Definately worth the trip to this wonderful Japanese restaurant. more
