I ordered some color prints through OfficeMax's Impress Print Center website (www.officemax.com/home/custom.jsp?id=m2900052). When I went to pick them up, I was informed by the Print Center staff that the computers weren't set up to do print from online orders. What's bizarre is that the staff - an overweight guy with two lazy eyes - didn't know what I was talking about. I mentioned online printing and showed him a copy of the order, neither registered into his brain. Why does business offer something it cannot provide? He then gave me someone else's business card, said to e-mail to him the files, and he'll get it printed. Maybe he's dumb (or a liar), but if the computers are not set up for online connection, how can he access e-mail? Typical Texas-style service as usual!
