To respond to both reviews:
Regarding pricing, if you ever have concerns about any charges, please discuss them with your General Manager. We can put you in touch with clients to talk about their experiences with our pricing policies. It isn't often that clients require additional services that go above and beyond what is covered in the agreement, however when extra ameneties or services ARE requested, you can incur nominal fees. We strive for complete transparency with our pricing, so if there are any doubts, we would be more than happy to discuss what falls within the normal scope of our services and what is considered additional services. We welcome this discussion at any time.
Regarding safety, it is very regrettable that two laptops were stolen from the location. We increased our already strict security by locking all side entrances to the suite and requiring all to utilize the key codes. The police were called and investigated the incident, as did the property manager and the Office Suites PLUS management. Unfortunately, no evidence was found as to who actually committed the crimes. The person named in the review here is no longer a client in the facility. Lastly, we don't have the authority to tell clients who they can and can't hire and where they can and can't hire from (Craigslist was mentioned). We don't believe business owners would like this kind of intrusion into their business.
