Don't Trust Their Rebate 6/25/2005

I have brought tons of stuffs from OfficeMax with their famous rebate. For all I know, I was just another victim of their rebates. I currently have over $200 pending and it has been more than 9 months and no check in sight. I went to the store and complain and the manager can't do anything about it. Every time I called the rebate, they make me wait an average of 20 minutes and when I get to talk to a representative. They always give me the same excuse that it will take 4-8 weeks or my rebate will come within 15 business days. So far it has been 9 months and no rebate yet. I wouldn’t recommend OfficeMax to anyone. more

Worst Service 6/23/2005

I wanted a 160 GB hard drive from OfficeMax. I saw they were on clearance. So I called in and speak to the manger. She told me there was one left. I asked her to make sure if it was the right model and she complied yes. I got there, and brought the drive. Went home and wait for Sunday to price match. Sunday, I went back for price match, the same manger shut me down because I brought the wrong one. It turns out that she gives me the wrong model. I protested, but she wouldn’t do it. What happen to the customer is always right? more

I love to shop at Officemax. They always great price. I always love their clearance section. It is so cheap when stuffs are on clearance and it on clearance more often then other store. I once got a gallon of Listerine for $2.50, which else where sell $30 and up. I brought more than 5 gallons. My mouth have never been fresher. more

Great back to school Deals 6/20/2005

Office Max offers the best values on back to school supplies for your kids. I personally love shopping for supplies here, they are easy to find. Pus, the sale stuff is right in the front of the store so you can see as you walk in unlike some other stores that hide their sales stuff. more
