Office Depot

Something about this Office Depot kind of bugs me-maybe it was because I went in twice around 7 pm...maybe that's a weird time for the staff? It seemed like it was weird for my friend and I to be there, but hey, when organizing your apartment after a full day of work, when else am I supposed to go in? Aside from that, they have a pretty good selection; the store itself just looked kind of blah and a little shabby. A plus was that the cashier gave us coupons to use instead of leaving us high and dry since we forgot to bring ours along. more

I shop here a lot for all my office suppies. Everytime i walk in i am acknowledged with very friendly employees. Anytime i ask the location of a product i am not told but walked to the isle and shown where it is. I am a customer for life at this location...FANTASTIC! more

I actually run a small school and always go to the Frisco Office Depot. I am very particular about customer service, quality and efficiency. They handle my orders of everything from custom copies, lamination, business cards to flyers. My business cards came in once and they took the liberty of sending them back for a re-order (without me even knowing) because they did not feel they were the best quality - I appreciated that. Nicole Linscomb a manager there and Chelsea are both amazing at always meeting my needs. more

I went to this Office Depot knowing the item I wanted and had called ahead to make sure they had it. When I got there, the salesperson had a big stack of things that I "needed" to go with my original item. Initially, it was no big deal, considering I have been in retail sales myself, and know the pressure to increase the sale. So I asked specifically about each item - do I actually need it or is there one included with the original item? I was told there were two additional items that I absolutely needed - so I bought them, for an additional $100. When I got home, it turned out the items I "needed" were already included in the original item! I don't mind buying additional necessary items, but do not apppreciate the dishonest oversell. I will not go back to this store and won't recommned it to anyone. PROS: none that stand out CONS: over-sell more
