I recently visited this store and I had to bring back some toner from my printer that I no longer had, but the bad thing was is the toner was about 4 mths old. They never usually take back toner that old because it expires, but the manager there took it upon himself to give me a store credit. They did not have to do that, but he was so helpful and takes care of his customers. It was great! more
