Good service but needs work in that area 6/2/2005

I have had good customer service from some of the employees here. But, the copy manager I had to do business with once was not friendly at all. I brought in a large copy job and she barely acknowledged me. I was so sure she was overcharging me, I looked for a manager, but couldn't find one.
