Poor store equals bad company 9/24/2011

There are too many options within 10 minutes to use this location or Office Depot for that matter. The officedepot.com print option is difficult to mange and poorly executed at any location location. Understaffed and many of those that do work there are clearly manged poorly. Incorrect orders, meaningless promises and hold times of 4-5 minutes via phone calls. more

Lack of service 9/7/2005

This is probably the worst Office Depot that I have visisted to this day, and I have been in many. The store is always short-staffed, and getting help is always a long task. The employees are nice though, and I understand that it is not their fault that there is typically only 4-6 people working when clearly, many more are needed. Store needs a big cleaning-up as well. This store seems to have much unused potential--which could very well be lost if things are not improved upon. PROS: Nice staff CONS: Understaffed--almost impossible to find help. Dirty appearance. more

Older Store 5/20/2005

this is a very old store, also kind of hidden. the store needs renovation and is in a very dingy shopping center. there is an antique market next door. but if you are looking for office supplies or making copies, then you can get ur purpose fullfilled here. more
