I think this store is a rip off. \r
In respond to an offer from office depot's employee for free computer check up, my wife who is disable and doesn't know much about computers , took her old laptop computer that value not more then $100 Dollars to this office depot store in Buena park on La Palma where they charged her $150 for some cleaning and updates , when that didn't stop her computer from freezing , she returned to this store again where the computer technician told her that her computer is freezing because my computer who is closer to the router in our house is taking all the wireless power from the internet and preventing her computer (which is not more then 4 feet from the router ) from getting the internet and that cause the computer to freeze, so she kept asking me to turn my computer off every time she needs to play solitaire or write an email thinking that the office depot technician in Buena park is professional, and when i explained to her that our DSL router is very stong it doesnt make a difference and it doesnt hurt her computer if 2 computers are running in the same house at this short aproximate distance. so she took back her computer to the same technician called JUSTIN .\r
JUSTIN told her your husband is a stubborn man and JUSTIN told her he understand that all computermen are stubborn and that my computer is causing her computer to freeze , then he gave her his business card and wrote ME a note on his business card saying that my wife's computer is not working well because my computer is closer to the router then her computer. this how this store do business, i think beside they do not have experience in computers they are very impolite, shame on you conning people and calling me names \r
Notice : I never ever met this JUSTIN, I never ever spoke to him, But sure I'll let the manager know the story .\r
Dec 17- 2011 I called this Buena park store to complaint. They told me they don't have a manager, the manager is on vacation, she will be back Jan 7-2012\r
No wonder why many people are complaining on the web about this store. This store has no manager
