Online's A Headache 4/1/2006

I recently found a deal with Office Depot for 20 reams of high quality paper for less than $15, with in-store pickup. Of course, they screwed up the order, and I spent several hours with "customer support", in an effort to get them to honor the purchase. During this, the B&M store sold their remaining stock of paper. Apart from this experience, I don't use them too often. There are 3 or 4 other office supply stores within 2 miles. If I need something right now, I'm getting the best price, which usually isn't them. more

Office Depot 8/21/2005

Office Depot is a great retail store for all your office supply needs. Although when you walk into their store it feels like a warehouse. Luckily its easy to reach for that pen or notebook you need to buy for work/school. The prices are great and cheap for all those little things you need. Don't rely on their electronics too much though, usually overpriced and low variety of choices. more
