Cool experience every time 3/7/2011

I got a bearded dragon from Off the Arc and I love it. I have to go in every week or so for crickets and super worms. Every time I go in there are different animals and different people. Ive never had a bad experience there. However if anyone tells you that super worms are good DON'T eat one. The staff is very educated about their animals and sent me out of the store with everything I need and little anxiety about what to do as far as care. I really needed crickets before I went out of town once and the store wasn't even open when I called but yet the owner answered and said he would stay until I got there. Awesome place. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! 4/7/2010

i love the crew because they told me what i would need for my ball python and the owner is on the site very often and replies to all of your emails. they have many animals to choose from and this is the only reptile store i will ever buy from as long as i am in VA. this is the Best store in VA for reptiles. 5* rating and i highly recommend this place =D Pros: GREAT PRICES GOOD CARE GREAT STAFF Cons: N/A more

BEST HERPS 11/16/2008

This guy knows what's up! All his animals have the proper lighting and heating. His prices are the best! The shop in richmond by bryan park keeps their animals in cramped cold cages without any of the right stuff, and expects double the money. more
