Spent all day trying to rent and apartment. Changed price several times. Bait and switch. Stole 40 bucks for a credit check but wouldn't provided evidence that the check was performed accurately or at all. Kept adding on other fees that wouldn't have been anticipated. Rude service. When I asked for management her exact words were ""He doesn't want to talk to you."" Glad it didn't work out, wouldn't want to deal with these people for the next 13 months. The apartments are big, but the management sucks soooo bad! They don't fix anything that breaks, and they're dishonest. We're currently paying the upgraded price but all our appliances look like they're straight out of 'That 70's Show' and all the cabinet doors are falling off the hinges! If zero stars were an option i'd have chosen that. When we moved in we didn't even have a balcony door, so they screwed a closet door over the opening. It took over a month to get an actual door, and our utility bill was outrageous due to the air getting out through it. These people suck big time, do not move here!!! Oh ya, we normally pay 470 for rent. we payed 4 days late and it went up to almost 900 dollars. Screw this place, if we weren't in a contract we would not be here. more

i lived there 2 years manager offer me to move to a 2 bedroom about a year ago and carpet was really bad bath tub broke air conditioning was leaking all the time kitchen appliances were breaking they dont fix nothind DONT MOVE THERE YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED TRUST ME MANAGER ITS a unprofecional lady more

Yes, I wish I would have seen theses other reviews before I moved in. I have only been there for 8 months. The day I moved in my carpet was still damp from cleaning it and it smelled awful. I tried to inform them of the smell but they said there was not much they could do. My apartment smells like an outhouse everyday I come home and open the door. Not even sure where the smell is coming from the walls or the floor or carpet. I have informed them 2 or 3 times and have sent an email and still no response. more

This place does not provide enough room in a one bedroom apartment. If you value your stuff and don't want to get rid of it, don't live here. If you like to wash your white clothes in hot water then you have no choice but to go to a laundromat, I've been living here for 2 yrs. now and their laundry room still has not provided any hot water. The washing machines need a card to be activated but if you want to put more money in your card the machine is in the office, so you have to wait for them. Sometimes they only come in for an hour and then they take 4 hour ""lunches"". I walk my dog and see that the empty apartments have their balcony patio windows broken by vandles. So why still stay here. You can say you get what you pay for. The rent is cheaper. So I'm writing this today because after all that, I got a notice saying that my stuff I have on the patio cannot be there, and if I do not remove them they will remove them and charge me for doing so. No sidewalks are provided for the front, so be prepare to jump out of the way for the vehicles if you ride the bus. When we first came here the apartment was not ready for us to move in but they went ahead and said it was ready for us. I can feel rocks under the carpet. The kitchen floor feels like there are potholes under the linoleum floor. The kitchen counter looks like it was being used as a cutting board. The wooden utensil drawers grinds against it's slider creating sawdust and spreads it on the utensils. I still have plenty to write but I'm hoping you get the jist of what a nice place it is to live here on Off Broadway Apartments. Pros: Rent Cons: everything else more

Renter beware!!! I have had one of the worst customer service experiences ever when working with this apartment complex. I have no idea why people would ever rent from these people? more
