Overall, this is a good whale watching tour. The cost is reasonable in comparison to other tours. The boat is a decent size, as it has an outside deck to view the whales, as well as comfortable seating inside. The crew are friendly, and they do a good job of keeping the boat clean. They did have a small inside snack bar when we went. However, if you have motion sickness, the trip can be miserable. Portland Harbor water is slightly choppy due to other watercraft in the area and other various reasons. They also cannot guarantee a viewing of a whale. We did see two, but they didn't come up out of the water. Therefore, I do recommend this trip for those with lots of patience, love of the ocean, and strong sea-stomachs.
