Wonderful staff.Good manegers in the store.Prices are the best in the area.They order computer parts for us at a reasonable prices.I recommend this store for all my family and friends.Honest in educating us about the internet scams and how to keep our computer protected from the spywares. more

Great store 11/25/2009

Good: I like the helpful young staff that they offer,they educate us about the internet and Computer Security. I wish they have larger space in the new store located in 602 Crain Hwy S.Glen Burnie. I figured to write the address since I have to look them up to follow them.. Improvements: They repaired my friend laptop and that made me proud of giving them a referal. They have staff working there more than 10 yrs.Go odyssey computers. Other: Thanks for the help. more

dirty and expensive 4/16/2006

All I could think was "yuck" as I browsed through the computers at this store. They were dirty and not well taken care of. Keys on laptops had dust crusted around them, and it just didn't look like they take the time to make the computers look the best they can. The employee that offered to assist me did not really have the answers to my questions. The biggest turn off was that they only have a 30 return period. It doesn't seem like they can possibly be confident in their products if they don't give you more than a 30 day return period/warranty more
