I just bought a new 2007 from O'daniel Honda after first looking at Williamson Honda in Lincoln. O'Daniel's, by far, was the friendliest, most helpful dealer I encountered - and I almost didn't contact them!! The salesman D. Phillips was the greatest, took time to search 5 states for the CRV I wanted, helped me with many details of which model was best for what I needed, etc. I have not had any service issues yet and will be interested in how that department is. I have already recommended them to friends for their next car. J3, Lincoln NE more

Service has gone down 1/25/2006

At one time, this was a great place to go. But it seems that ever since Superior Honda of Omaha came to town, the quality has suffered. It used to be when I took my car in that I was greeted and given great service (they even remembered me!) but as of late, that has changed, too. At one point, they overcharged me for a service by twenty five dollars. It was not until it was taken to several managers that a solution was resolved. Not worth it! more
