I purchased "RO" water for $2 a gallon, once from them, and my tank ended up with the same green hair algae as their tanks. Don't buy RO water from them!! more

LIARS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I brought in my two Pineapple Green Cheek Conures with a VERY large cage filled with toys and a second bag filled with toys. The condition I sold the birds was that they were to be sold together WITH the cage. I must of told them to this 3-4 times and I even sold at a dirt cheap rate to make sure they would be going to a new home quickly. I gave them over $1000 in birds and $800 in the cage + around $400 in toys, a total of around $2200 for $400. I came in the store later that day and they didn't want me to go to the back to see the birds telling me they had them in a temporary tiny cage. I came a few days later and they were still in it and the large cage I brought them with was gone. I call the owner and find out he sold the cage to one of his employees after I left and he tells me it doesn't matter what our deal was as he will now sell them in a small cage. The owner "MIKE" Blatantly lied. I didn't bring my birds to him to make money... I spent nearly 3X what he gave me just on their vet bills last year. I brought them to him so they could find them a new home and insisted when I made the sell that all three MUST stay together and they were to STAY in their large cage. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! more

As someone who frequents this shop weekly, I really wish they would focus more on customer service. The store is really nice, and the newly renovated aquarium room makes it even better, but piles of boxes forever on the floor, the inability to find help and prices that are often above the chains - make this a store that could improve. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, but others seem annoyed to have to help you. There have been times when I have walked through the store for fifteen minutes looking for help - only to eventually find everyone behind closed doors in the back of the shop. more

Oceans of Pets carry many varieties of Fish, fish supplies and tanks. They also carry birds, ferrets, dogs and other small animals. Anything you may need for a pet is available here. The staff is very knowledgeable about fish and their habitat. I personally would not buy a dog from a pet store, but they do try to keep them all healthy. more
