My husband and I met Eric, the owner of Oceans, at the Porter paint store as we were searching through colors to paint our daughters room as we are expecting. We ended up hiring him after trying to tackle the project ourselves which turned out to be too much, we just didn't have the time. When we met him we felt comfortable with him as he seemed very knowledgeable and truthful. He took his time to show us color pallets that compliment one another for our ceilings, walls, baseboards and doors. This was before we even hired him and after we told him we planned to paint the room ourselves. He also guided us in selecting which products to purchase, and informed us that some were of the same quality as others but less expensive. He told my husband which paints he should use on the different surfaces, and gave him a lot of good tips he said would make the job easier. He gave us his phone number so we could call him if we had any other questions or needed to pick his brain. What impressed my husband and I about him was how helpful he was even after we informed him we had planned to do the work ourselves. He remained enthused and focused on helping us rather than trying to discourage us or sell himself to do the job. And let me tell you, we do not regret hiring him. His crew was professional, everything turned out beautiful, and his price was fair. The job took a day longer than expected but only because of a wall paper border we had them remove which became time consuming as it looked like it had super glued on! To top it off, a few days after they finished, Eric's wife came by to drop off some baby clothes their daughter grew out of. He mentioned he had them and would bring them for us, but we never expected him to actually come back and bring them. \r To sum it up, Eric and his crew followed through on everything they said they would, and did a good job while doing so. My husband tried to compensate for the unexpected extra time it took them to remove the wallpaper and he refused to accept it saying ""the price is the price"". He asked if we would write a review about our experience instead. We are impressed, thankful and we recommend Oceans Painting to anyone in search of a painter. It is a breath of fresh air to find someone who follows through with what they tell you, does good work, and treats you like your more than a dollar sign.\r more

I hired Eric and his crew to paint the outside of my house. They did a good job and did it neat, fast and clean. What impressed me about them is how fast they were able to get the job done and still maintain a high level of quality in the work. There were a couple of touch ups that needed attention at the end of the job and when mentioned by me they tackled it immediatly and got it taken care of. It is so nice to finaly find a business that gets everything right the first time. From estimate to end I was extremely impressed. He was on time and very proffesional when giving my estimate. He went over all my options with me and was very patient as I asked numerous questions. He and his crew showed up everyday on time and worked neet, quietly and diligent on my home till my job was finished. Their work turned out just as amazing as the service I recieved. I will definately use them again and have already recomended theirn services to some of my friends and family. more

I have been a realtor in Jupiter for the past 6 years. Recently I hired this company to do various repairs and paint a few of my bank owned listings. All work was done proficient and to a high standard. They conducted themselves proffesionaly in every manner. There prices were competative and we were not hit with any change orders as some contractors are notorious for doing. I would recomend this company to any of my clients and hire them again for future projects. more

Been using Oceans Painting for a few years now. Always been overly satisfied. Just last week, they came and pressure cleaned my roof and the exterior of my home. I am a Jupiter resident and own five rental properties throughout Palm Beach County which I have had Oceans paint all except for one. I have never been left with anything but an outstanding job. They are courteous, neat, clean and professional. At the beginning of every job the owner has always personally assisted me in my color selection providing samples at no additional cost. They have always finished on schedule except for once due to weather delays which for me is a huge factor since I must have a completed product when my arrive. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. Kudos!!! more

In my opinion this is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered in my life. It started when the company's president got paint on my clothing and then when I left it out for him to acknowledge, I ended up having to confront him about it instead of him bringing it forward. I was worried what else I would have to ""find"" with paint accidents on it. Then I found from his mother, who don't be fooled, is the real owner of the company, that he had told her and I different stories about what had happened. I then, to much discomfort, had to ask him to stop bringing his girlfriend to my house to hang out with him after she got paint on a blanket on my couch (I was there when it happened)...she is not a professional painter nor a registered employee of the company. On top of it all, forget mentioning the work is less than perfect, you are likely to regret it as they tried to make me feel I did something wrong by expecting a quality paint job. I did appreciate that before signing off on the work that was done, I was allowed to mark areas needing to be revisited. However, it took an hour and a half of my time to mark the extreme number of areas where I could either see through the paint or a nail hole completely looked over and not filled in...that's just on the baseboards and door frames.
