Ocean Terrace Condominiums and Rentals

We've been staying at the Shore for quite a few years, and every year at a different establishment looking for someplace clean, friendly, near to the beach and boardwalk. Well we won't be looking any further! Ocean Terrace is THE BEST accommodation at the Shore! The staff are helpful and friendly. But most importantly the place is the cleanest we've stayed at! Even the outside deck to the front door was swept down nightly and even washed down while we were there. The pool is crystal clean and no need to bring any kids toys. There are usually enough noodles and such that everyone is happy. And what an amazing view especially from the second floor deck. So close to the beach....and location to the end of the boardwalk in Seaside Park was a bonus. So don't look any further - you've found your perfect spot at the Jersey Shore! more

My family has been going to Seaside for 58 years…every summer since 1955!! We rented bungalows back in the day and for close to 20 years we have been staying at the Ocean Terrace. We have been through many managers, but the current team of Stu and Maureen and their entire staff has been the best ones in all that time! The place has never looked nicer and cleaner, they have updated so many things to make your stay more comfortable and they couldn’t be more accommodating…ALL OF THEM!!! When we go back every summer, it’s like seeing family. The rooms are spotless, all flat screen TVs, refrigerators, and you have a choice from regular hotel style rooms all the way up to 3 bedroom condos. You also can’t beat the location. They are right across the street from the beach and boardwalk, yet not in the middle of the craziness….quiet but close. PERFECT! Walking distance to all….beach, bars, restaurants, rides, boardwalk, arcades…very convenient. They also have a heated pool which is great on those days when the beach is too rough or for those who just don’t like the ocean. I highly recommend the Ocean Terrace and I don’t see my family leaving there any time soon. more

We used to do mini vacations to Wildwood, but with fuel costs being what they are this season, we thought we might try something closer to home!! We looked at several motels in Seaside, but were quite dissapointed!...Either the rooms were dirty or TOO many many drunken college kids monopolizing the pool!.We continued down Ocean Ave and stopped to check out this place!...WOW!!! what a difference!! They had 3 rooms left and they opened them up for us to see and pick the one that we loked the best as we learned they are really condos and are not all the same!! Staff and managers really go out of their way to see that you have the best stay no matter how long you are there!! Free Hot Dogs on Thursday at the pool!!!...Who does stuff like that anymore?? We hear there is a great Columbus Day Parade And we booked for that weekend . We also were told that prime summer weeks book fast, so we left our deposit for 1wk in July 2012!! If you are looking for a family spot,give them a try!!! more

Well, I must say that my experience at Ocean Terrace was BY FAR my most favorable!! Check-In was simple, and they prefer you see the room before check-in (not everyone does that!). I stayed in a Double-Deluxe room which was fairly priced and was descent in size. The room was spotless and even smelled clean. Located right across the street from the beach/boardwalk The Sawmill, The Beachcomber and the Funtown Pier... AWESOME LOCATION! My fiance and I watched the sunrise, sunset as well as the moon reflecting off of the ocean everyday from their Sun Deck, which was ALWAYS clean. There were elderly people, families, couples, and young people there. Everyone got along just great. The pool was well-maintained and the temperature was perfect! They even provide pool toys!! Lastly, The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! By far the best hotel/motel experiance ever. They not only wait on you hand and foot, they treat you like friends. I was VERY impressed and most definately will ONLY stay here from now on. They won my vote. Do yourself a favor- STAY AT OCEAN TERRACE!!!! Pros: free off-road parking with cameras, heated pool, awesome staff Cons: nothing more
