Ocean State House Cleaning.

I wanted to commend this cleaning company because of the work they do for the community. I am currently battling cancer and I am having a real hard time keeping up with my home. I had first tried to go through a women's cancer cleaning nonprofit but couldn't even get them to return my call or emails. I then stumbled across the website for this cleaning company and found out that they provide no-cost cleaning services for anyone fighting a life threatening disease. I called them in tears and Kara added me to the schedule that very same day. I truly could not believe how altruistic this company is and how willing they were to help without asking for a dime from me. Since I can afford to pay for some of the service I told them I didn't need a free cleaning service but rather a discount to make the cleaning services affordable to me. I wanted to tell everyone not only about how professional the cleaning staff that came to my house was and what a wonderful job they did but also how helpful Kara was to me on the phone. In my eyes, this company is a true hero. In this day and age, what a rare find! more

Good: I called the office on a Sunday AM because the cleaning company we hired tried to reschedule our Monday AM move-in cleaning for another day. I didn't expect to hear back because it was a Sunday but Kara called me back about an hour later and I was able to schedulde a cleaning for Monday.. Bad: Nothing - they were great all around. Other: Very surprised that the company was so responsive on a Sunday. We had two very small areas that were missed but the team supervisor caught it before they were left and took care of it. I was surprised at how reasonably priced this company was compared to some of the others. I highly recommend this company.. more

I've used these cleaners for a few months. The first few cleanings were thorough, but they have fallen off. They do the minimum that they can get away with & the cleaning is very superficial (e.g., not scrubbing at the ring in the tub from my daughter's tendency to play in the dirt; not moving the magazine rack to vacuum). They use a feather duster which just moves the dust around. I could probably do as good of a job myself, for free (albeit they are cheap, $65). I'm going to switch to another company. more
