Rate was fair for our trip, very friendly services, Quick service to our requests. We came to go to the Daytona 500 race and needed to stay near by. Good location to site, beach, food, and events. The only thing that was disliking was that the building was old and need of an upgrade. The rooms had space, air/heat worked great, and great view of the beach, but the walls were thin and the traffic in and out could be heard.
