The worst business in US. They managed to do everything wrong except taking money from my credit card. I've ordered online the flowers delivery to one of my relatives in OC. What they did??? They delivered wrong set of flowers two (!!!!) days before the event date. Absolutely not followed any instructions. Didn't respond any e-mails. Were rude and non-polite on phone. NEVER USE !!!!! My husband and I got married on 9/20/09 on the beach in Ocean City, MD. Ocean Greenery provided the flowers for our wedding. It seemed as though everything was wrong with the flowers we received: flowers were brown and cracking (not fresh!); wrist corsages were the wrong color; they only gave us half the flowers we asked for on the trellis. After the wedding, we sent Ocean Greenery an email expressing our disappointment about our wedding flowers. They did not respond to us until we made a complaint with Angie's List and went to the store in person to speak with them. The owner, Linda, was very defensive and uncaring in regards to our concerns. She did refund half of our money because she wanted to appease Angie's List, but we never received an apology. We would not recommend Ocean Greenery's services for any occasion, especially an occasion such as a wedding. Ocean Greenery did the flowers for my wedding. I was less than thrilled! The flowers were to be a mix of wildflowers with a few roses and in light pastel colors, however what I got was bold bright bouquets with hot pink roses dominating the whole arrangement. I also paid to have 7 ft palm trees delivered to the reception site, and what my sister found and reported to me an hour before the wedding was that they in fact delivered 3 ft ferns. In a panic I called to have last minute changes made, only to find that the store was closed and left no emergency #. After the wedding, my mother and I called to request some sort of refund, and the owner refused and was very rude to us and unsympathetic to the whole situation. She had her money and didn't care one bit that her poor job threatened to ruin my big day! I would not recommend this florist to anyone, especially to a bride.
