Staff is unfriendly at best and usually rude, phone nurse dosen't call back until many hours later, They are an uncompassionate office. The office manager is the most useless women I have ever tried to deal with. All of the good doctors leave town and they are very understaffed . They even made a HUGE mistake and if I hadn't caught it first, I could be dead (A test with iodine, when iodine would cause me to go into anaphalatic shock and die) Every doctor tells paitents different answers to the same questions, I have seen more than one so I can say this truthfully and from experience. It takes a while to get an appointment and when you do, you always wait in waiting room even if you are early. I was told I could change doctors if the one they paired me up with didn't work for me then when I tried to change, they told me they couldn't help me. I was on medication and after my miscarrige when I needed to be on that medication (for fertility) and they wouldn't give it to me. The kept stringing me along, one more month, two more months, all we wanted was to start a family and they don't care. They DON'T CARE! I had a miscarrige at 3 months and they didn't tell me that I would actually deliver a whole baby. I had to find out on my own. They are useless and heartless and I hope that no-one has to go through with them what we had to. I will NEVER go back to that office again.
