Observation Point Apartments

i went to look at a 1 bedroom apartment first off the lady in the maain office tanya was not orginized at all she couldnt evevn find the key to the place then when she did and took us to see the place she acted as if she was high or drunk she kept stumbling all over the place when she opened the door to the apartment oh i could have gagged it smelled of animal urine so strong i started to sneeze after i left there i never called back it was awfull they need to pull it together at this place before they give a good review here if you want a drunk mamnager and an awfull smelling apartment rent these ones more

Horrible! My ac broke 3 times my first 3 months there and it took them a month to fix it the final time. My shower broke, I reported it twice in the same day, twice the next day and it took 3 days to fix. My sink in the bathroom was leaking so bad it was causing the wood underneath to sink in and rot. I reported 3 times in 2 wks and it took almost a month to fix. I reported my thermostat was loose from the wall 4 times and that it was about to fall off and I moved out with it still broken. Rude managment. Does not care about their tenants. Horrible book keeping. There are currently 6 people that used to live there, that we know personally, that havce now been sent off to collections due to their poor book keeping. They cant even produce a bill for proof of charges..............This apartment complex would get half a star if I could select that as a rating....maybe 1/4 more
