Staff was friendly but the quality was horrible. They cut corners and overlooked small but important details which not only infected my gums but will also cost me thousands to get fixed. A second opinion pointed out the same concerns and recommendations what will needs to be fixed due to errors from the work done by O’brien. When I spoke with O’brien’s management I was treated as second class and my concerns were disregarded. more

Excellent experience 6/4/2010

O' Brien Dental is a phenomenal dentistry experience. They have the most friendly staff and make your dental experience as comfortable as possible. My family has been going there for over 15 years and we have never had a bad visit and their professional opinions have never been second guessed. I will still drive an hour to continue going to O' Brien even though I recently moved and there are many dentists within walking distance in Minneapolis. Wonderful dental experience. 2/9/2008

From the moment you walk in to O'Brien Dental Care you feel a ease. You are welcomed by staff and the ambience of the office is warm and relaxing. I felt like I was in a spa. They can offer neck wraps and blankets if you are cold. Dr. Jody was tremendous, she is a very talented dentist. I had 4 upper veneers done and they look awsome. The O'Brien Dental Clinic is a wonderfully comfortable experience. Even those who hate and fear dentists (like me) are comfortable there. The caring and expertise that the whole staff has is so great that I will not leave their service, even though I've moved over 100 miles away! more
