I was in need of a car and ended up going to O'Brien Auto Park in Urbana. After shopping on the internet and viewing their website, I received an email from Ty Lowery. Not only did Ty answer all of my questions, he took several pictures and emailed them to me to make sure I felt comfortable about making the two hour drive to their dealership. Out of the all of the cars I purchased, this was the easiest transaction and I was treated with the upmost respect. The finance department was incredible and so was the facility. O'Brien Auto, you just gained a customer for life. THANK YOU!!! more

LOVE THE DEALERSHIP 11/12/2010

I ALWAYS FIND THE STAFF HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. MY WHOLE FAMILY BUYS AND SERVICES THERE AND THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE IN TOWN THAT I WOULD TAKE MY VEHICLE. I FEEL THAT ONLINE SITE SOME TIMES PAINT A NOT SO NICE PICTURE BUT SEEING IS BELEIVEING. more

Obrien Auto Park 3/31/2006

I purchased my vehicle at Obrien Auto Park. I was pleased with the sales department, however I have not been pleased with the Service department. They do not return phone calls, take longer than estimated, and lose parts that they supposedly ordered. It has taken 7 months to get my stereo fixed. I have heard several other people have similar problems, so I do not feel that this was an isolated incident. We will not be taking my car back there! more
