I agree with Wanda, if I could give a negative star, I would. I was one of the first customers. Service was great when they first opened but now they admittedly have become too busy to keep appointments. I waited over 1/2 hour the last 3 times there and all the woman would say is they do their best. The services are costly and if you've never been there, expect to spend your treatment time saying no, thank you, to the numerous requests for upgrades and additional services. Like I said in the intro- save your time and money. There are many other salons in Newington! more

If I could give this place a negative star I would!!!! I went for a French shellac manicure. I was very specific in what products I did not want used on my nails. It took some time to get the female attendant to understand what I was says. Once they got the message I didn't want the silver top jar product on my nails I further explained I didn't want the length take down, I got the length taken down since the attendant was too busy paying attention to what was going on in the shop instead of filing my nails. Not only was the length taken down once I got outside in the sunlight the French manicure was not evenly applied and it made my nails look uneven. Why didn't I go back in and ask for my nails to be fixed? I was in there for over an hour and a half. To make this worse, I was charged $47.50 plus tip. Do they think they are working in Glastonbury, West Hartford or New York? They are on the Berlin Turnpike, blue collar working class!!!! When I was asked how I heard of this place, I told them I saw the ad in the coupon magazine for 20% OR 30%, most places would honor that but not this place. The place may look nice but the price for the service is not worth it. more

This is our third time to Oasis and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. The staff treated us wonderfully our first visit and now our third third visit everyone is super friendly. They do ask you if you want additional services but if you choose not to take advantage of additional services they do not persist. They are always offering to get you something to drink or if you need a magazine. I would try it for yourself.\r \r more

Awful. Awful. Awful. Very unprofessional staff . They don't honor coupons they post, push additional services throughout your service, angry attitude by the woman who did my pedicure. The woman actually cut my toe and was not at all apologetic while she tried to stop the bleeding. Worst pedicure I ever had. Would never step foot in there again, nor would my friend who went with me and felt the same. So disappointed. more
