I've had the worst experience with their moving manager in Las Vegas named Roger. He tried to reschedule my move twice without taking into account my preference after our phone conversations. He rushed me into giving him my credit card number after bragging about his years of experience when I was voicing some concerns about the move. In general, it's reassuring to know one's expertise and years of experience but he conveyed his in a very condescending way. He then had his crew show up at my house without prior notice when he told me he would call 1 hour ahead of time. It was as if I had to wait when they would be available for me that day. He became argumentative on the phone when I tried to clarify if I would get charged from the time they showed up at my house when I was not there. He was rude, arrogant, made no concessions, nor was he apologetic for his behavior and for disrupting my scheduled move. When I told him I wanted to cancel their services he replied, "Let's do that," in an irritated tone. The stress and aggravation he gave me was uncalled for. Moving alone is very stressful. As a result, my move was delayed by 2 days and I had to hire another moving company (which turned out have the best people in their team). I called All My Sons' 1877 number in Texas and I received the same dismissive treatment. My only consolation: they reimbursed the $50 deposit they charged my card. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
