Absolute Nightmare! STAY AWAY! 11/16/2010

Having Oasis move me from NV to TX was an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs. The sales associate will tell you one thing and the movers on the day of the move will tell you another. They say it could take 14 days to get your items, then on the day of it becomes 14 business days. They try to quickly get a poor inventory to get you a low quote so on the day of they can jack up the price if you are over. They charge ridiculous fees for using their moving supplies. They force you to pay 25% of the cost of the move in cash or postal money order and fail to mention that before the day of the move. My stuff sat in a warehouse for a week and a half before they could get around to loading it on a truck. Then the driver shows up 2 1/2 hours later than he said and wants to push it off another day. A fair amount of the boxes were crushed and dented, two of my chairs were destroyed. I ended up unloading the truck by myself as I was already waiting 3 weeks for my items. I beg of you to not use this company and save yourself from the awful nightmare that I experienced. more

I placed very rigourous demands on my move and from the office staff to the crew were NOT good & very rude . The budget was NOT met, my delivery to Brooklyn was NOT deliver on time and my new home looks not wonderful a ALL . My sister Lisa as promised will be calling you shortly as she is a lawyer and WILL start a lawsuit against you , your company.HORRIBLE MOVERS -SCAM MOVERS PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - SCAM MOVERS - ALL THHOSE GOOD REVIEWS ARE WRITEN BY THE COMPANY - CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS BUREAU - YOU WILL SEE NOT ONLY THAT THE LOCATION IS ANOTHER BUSINESS - THAT THEY ARE NOT LEGAL - CRUEL - NOT ENGLISH SPEAKING - FBI IS READY LOOKING ON THE CASE OF THOSE SCAMMERS - STAY AWAY - BIG SCAM NOT LEGAL MOVERS ,DO YOURSHELF A FAVOUR - DO NOT DO IT -SCAM MOVERS BIG TIME . more
