Maybe I shouldn't provide a review as I have not yet moved into my new home at Oasis Gateway... but let me tell you this.. I have had these apartment in mind for a loooong time now. There is one woman in the leasing office named Steph and she is AWESOME. The most down to earth woman who has a sense of humor. She is what sold me. Months... maybe even a year later? I decided this is where I want to raise my family. (I recently gave birth to a little girl). Steph has been out of the office because of leg problems, so I have been dealing with Jerika who is just as friendly, although her personality is a bit dry.. but nice none the less. I asked to change the apartment they wanted to assign me... no problem, and no question asked. I ask multiple crazy questions as to where is the quietest part of the complex (because I work from home). I even asked to see the apartment they want to give me before I sign the lease... If you have a dog, this is the place to go. I really enjoyed all their facilities. Maggie, our yellow lab, loved their dog parks, and just walking around the apartment complex. It was convenient for me to take her for walks, always dog ipots around for me to easily pick up after her... it was great for us. The girls in the office were so nice and friendly... I am really glad that we lived there, and I would reccommend it to anyone with a dog looking for a respectable, clean place to live. more

This Oasis Gateway is distinctive because it allows dogs. They have dog walks in the complex that are very convenient. Unfortunately, not everyone cleans up after their dog outside or inside of the walks. The apartments themselves are spacious and clean and well maintained. Handymen respond promptly if a problem arises. Security is about as good as every apartment complex in Las Vegas, that is to say, there is crime and you really can't do anything about it. The staff is friendly and the ameneties are nice. Location is also good with stores and a great dog park nearby. PROS: Take pets and nice modern apartments CONS: Frankly, too much dog poo lying around too long. more
