Oasis is a great place to go if you're looking to get some healthy, tasty food while you're on the run. It's not really a sit down place since it's a very tiny shop, though they do have a counter to sit at. They have hummus and pitas, and all types of sandwiches. The price is pretty reasonable at around $4 or $5. Also the last time I was there, if you purchased a large sandwich you received a free small beverage or a piece of baklava. So you can get a whole meal for a few dollars, and it tastes great. It's nice to be able to grab a healthy sandwich that's not deep fried or greasy, but that tastes great as well.
