I absolutely love this place. I went to the one in Stanford mall last week, their staff were absolustely funny and helpful. I bought truffle pate and duck pate, hmm, they were so yummy. While you are there, be sure to try their sandwiches. I wish i have two stomach after I tried their turkey and soft brie sandwich. They were soooo yummy. I heard curry chicken sandwich is a must too. They have another location in San Francisco as well. more

Pricey but good 7/16/2005

Don’t hold the fact that it is at the Stanford Shopping Center against this market. While not very big, it does have some things going for it, including a good produce department. It also carries other grocery items, and has the benefit of convenience going for it if not price. (It was a life-line to students stuck on Stanford campus.) It’s a nice place to go for specific items, but you can get better deals elsewhere. more
