Horrible!!!!! The owner, Chuck, not only talks your head off, repeating the same thing over and over again, not letting you get a question in edge-wise, but apparently takes it upon himself to give you an oil change when you don't ask for it and he charges over $70 bucks for it! Also, we brought our 2012 truck in; we'd had it less than a year, and upon picking it up, we noticed that the tailgate had a huge dent in it. When we asked him about it, his response was, ""that was there when you dropped it off"". Complete denial and unwillingness to consider that it happened on his lot. Absolute JERK! So, please be warned that if damage happens to your vehicle in his possession, you are on your own. He will take NO responsibility. Oh, and for charging the outrageous prices he does, you would think he would use more expertise than checking the internet to diagnose your vehicle's problems, which he oddly seemed to be proud of! more

I have had Chuck (the owner) of Oakmont Automotive as my mechanice since I have moved here in 1984. He fits you in, works with you on payments,picks you up and drives you home if you need it. I have had all of my work done here, PA inspections, Exhaust inspections, new tires, repairs. I would not have stayed with him this long if I hadn't gotten great service.\r more
