This place was disappointing! I am a cma of 7 years and never have I ever see owners treat their staff with such disrespect. The management is rude to staff and residents on occasion. When some of the staff quit there they were not paid their earned wages worked prior to leaving. All of the staff is over worked and called at least 3 times a week to pick up extra shifts. Residents go without medication for days sometimes because of ordering issues and med errors are made frequently due to an unorganized med passing system. At the time I worked there they had no activities for the residents and offered no benefits to the employees along with minimal to no raises. I would never recommend anyone to work here or to have their family move here. As an ex employee of Oakley place I was not fired or anything like that ...I quit after about four weeks of dealing with everything. \r

Anyone who posts online about this being a good place is more than likely management or the owner or is someone who has never worked anywhere where they were REALLY valued, every single one of the staff the I got to know when I was employed their shared the same view as me on how they were treated. I drove by three weeks ago and this place seriously had to put a sign on the front lawn that said ""help needed immediately""; because they cant keep staff or fill their brand new building with residents because the marketing director is rude not only to staff but everyone. Like I said before...I have no other reason to dislike this place other than the fact that is was a major waste of my time to leave my other job of three years for. CNA/CMA beware of this place! You are a dime a dozen to them and they make sure you know that too.
