YOU PUT MY MIND AT EASE I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP THAT NIGHT! many thanks Dear Dr. Ratnoff or Dr. Harrison; Not sure who I talked to. But it goes back a couple of weeks. Around Aug 15th, 2008 I moved then so thus the delay. I had called around 9:30 pm telling of my cats drooling and trying to throw up. You told me to bring him in. But when you said it could be due to something he ate either toxic or that it was a bad taste in his mouth that had a ring of truth, maybe the can food was bad. Cat fortunately OK next Day. MANY THANKS!!! more

THANKYOU FOR EVERYTHING DOC! First off Dr. Spencer Ratnoff is overall one of the best doctors ever, people who think otherwise must have serious problems. I have never met some1 who puts their ALL in effort. If you complain about prices then you are cheap and maybe you should not own a pet at all WHAT SO EVER!!!!! What is wrong with you people??????!!! Have you ever heard someone say "I love my pet to death"-- in other words loving them enough to kill them... stop satisfying yourself and do the right thing by satisfying your pet.. Your pet depends on you, put yourself in their shoes!! Dr. Ratnoff is amazing and all he wants is the best for all animals! more

THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY BABY!!!!!!!! I do not write reviews normally,but I had to write this one. My "baby" had to have emergency surgery,and it was touch and go for awhile. Dr. Ratnoff clamed me and my "baby",did the surgery,and slept on the floor with my "baby" in an exam room for 2 nights (my "baby" is 123 lbs). When she finally got to come home,he kept in constant contact to monitor her progress, (he or 1 of his staff would call),and answer any question I had (there were alot).When my "baby" goes back for her check ups you would think she's visiting a steak house,she is so excited and happy to go to that office! All I can say is I am so grateful for all the time and hard work he put into her!! And he will be seeing my 5 other "babies"! The BEST care anywhere!!! THANK YOU!!!! more

This was my first visit with this office but so far the seem to be very nice and really care for the animals they treat. The staff was very kind and courteous more

Our dog got sick, and we were coming back from a long car trip. We called the Dr. at 8:00 on a Sunday AM, and met him at 9. The doctor was very professional, and did have do any unnecessary tests. He prescribed the medicines, and our dog got better. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Ratnoff. more
